Cooperative Building Solutions (CBS) has completed a new headquarter campus for Southwest Texas Electric Cooperative (SWTEC) in Eldorado, Texas.

After many years in its previous headquarters, SWTEC identified the need for a modernized campus to better support growing energy demands and evolving infrastructure requirements. CBS was proud to partner with SWTEC to deliver a facility designed to meet their current operational needs, while allowing flexibility for future growth.

Completed in September 2025, the project consisted of relocating SWTEC headquarters to an existing property and completing selective demolition and extensive renovations to transform the site into a new campus.
