We start with an objective Facility Planning Study — an unbiased tool that helps your board make sound decisions about current and future facility needs. The Facility Study uses three components to evaluate, assess, and identify your future needs:
✓ Property Conditions Assessment: Assesses current conditions at all client facilities and includes a detailed analysis of daily challenges throughout the site, including safety, security, and property deficiencies and risks.
✓ Functionality Assessment: Quantifies facility data through an industry standard scorecard. Data is collected through analysis of available plans, Needs Assessment results, Property Conditions Assessment results, and discussions with the client.
✓ Needs Assessment: Evaluates and documents current and future facility space needs, staffing, and utilization in client facilities.
