OUR STORY
company history
After retiring from a successful career with NISC spanning 22 years, the former Gary Hobson was asked to provide support to his former company as an owner representative administering the design and construction of their new headquarter facility.
PARIC Corporation was selected as the Construction Manager for the project, and Tim Masa was assigned as Project Manager. A strong team from the start, Gary and Tim worked together through every phase of the project and delivered a successful project. Upon completion of the project, both Gary and Tim recognized the unique need for a consistent, reliable team to support cooperatives with their design-build projects.
