In 2009, Tim Masa founded Cooperative Building Solutions with current Chairman, Gary Hobson, after both leaders recognized the need for a consistent, reliable team to support electric cooperatives with their design-build projects. Tim currently serves as President of CBS. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the company.

Tim earned his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering as well as his Masters in Construction Management from Washington University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and an Advisory Board Member at Logos School in St. Louis. Outside the office, Tim enjoys coaching basketball for his sons.
