As Regional Vice President for Cooperative Building Solutions, Scott Luecal is responsible for strategic planning, operations oversight, and business development.

Scott has been a part of the electric cooperative industry for over 40 years. Over the first nine years of his career, Scott was employed at Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative, an Illinois distribution cooperative. The training and consulting part of his career began in 1990 when he became the Manager of University Programs for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA).

In 1998 he joined Central Area Data Processing Cooperative (CADP) as Manager of their Competitive Solutions Group and then as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for the National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). In 2007, Scott started his consulting business, providing director and management training through NRECA and consulting services to the electric cooperative industry, having now worked with over 250 cooperatives.
