Cooperative Building Solutions (CBS) partnered with Rita Blanca Electric Cooperative to design and construct a new headquarters facility in Dalhart, Texas. The facility was thoughtfully designed to support the cooperative’s daily operations, enhance employee functionality, and provide a welcoming, secure environment for members and staff.

Constructed as a pre-engineered metal building, the new headquarters features modern administrative office spaces, a member-focused lobby, and a dedicated teller window. Security and resilience were key considerations throughout the design, incorporating bullet-resistant windows and a 2,000-square-foot hardened area to provide additional protection during severe weather and emergency situations.
